Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours of delivery).
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will work quickly to resolve the matter by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return if they have been opened or used.
Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
